- ๐ Intern - Human Resources (Mutwal Plant)
Job Profile :
- To support the HR team in implementing and coordinating HR processes at the factory, focusing on employee engagement, compliance, and operational HR activities. The role provides practical exposure to industrial relations, HR administration, and factory-level people management.
- Attendance & Leave Management - Update and maintain the leave management system accurately.
- Administration Support - Assist in day-to-day administrative activities at the factory.
- Training & Development Documentation - Support T&D activities by preparing and maintaining necessary documentation.
- Employee Engagement - Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Applicant Profile :
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Human Resource Management / Business Management (or related field).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a factory/industrial environment.
