๐ Call Center Officer - Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible in managing Recoveries and Collections of given branches.
- Coordinating with the branches to drive the Recovery to maintain higher collection ratios.
- Achieve overall Recovery targets set by management on continuous basis.
What You'll Need :
- Possesses sound knowledge in collections and Recovery processes.
- Strong negotiations skills
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
