Key Responsibilities :
  • Responsible in managing Recoveries and Collections of given branches.
  • Coordinating with the branches to drive the Recovery to maintain higher collection ratios.
  • Achieve overall Recovery targets set by management on continuous basis.

  • Possesses sound knowledge in collections and Recovery processes.
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
