Responsibilities :
- HR administration.
- Assist in Payroll administration & Talent acquisition.
- Preparation of documents relating to employment, Letter of appointments, confirmations,
- probation evaluations, employment confirmation letters etc.
- Coordinate L & D programs.
- Drive the Employee relations & Welfare activities.
Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent command in English & Sinhala (Spoken/Written)
- Work under minimum supervision.
- Attractive remuneration package will be provided to the right candidate.
