๐Ÿ”Ž We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual of high potential to work alongside industry professionals as an Interns. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic background, good communication skills and enthusiasm to learn and grow personally and professionally.

Scope :
  • Learn and understand the functions of the HR Division.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support the recruitment process, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, on HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Support HR system updates, data cleansing, and validation exercises.
  • Support attendance, leave, and time-keeping records.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and provide basic HR information.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Professional Qualifications :
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Successfully completed G.C.E. (O/L) with six passes including English and Mathematics, and 3 passes at G.C.E. (A/L) qualifications.
  • Exposure with HR systems, Data management and Employee records and compliance would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good command of English and Sinhala, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude in the workplace.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
