Key Responsibilities :
  • Maintain and regularly update employee personal files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of monthly mobile bill reports.
  • Provide support in the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Coordinate and manage the complete employee onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
  • Support management with various administrative tasks as assigned.
Personal Profile :
  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity (internship experience will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
