⁖ Management Trainee program is a 02 year on the Job training which will offer the right candidate a comprehensive learning experience of overall Branch Banking functions. Upon successful completion of two years with the performance standards acceptable to the Management, candidates will be absorbed into the Executive Grade of the Bank's cadre.

Experience & Qualifications :
- A degree from a recognized institute with a minimum of 2nd class upper division.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good presentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Must be an individual with positive attitudes.
- Achievements in sports/extra-curricular activities and/or events to display Leadership & Managerial capabilities will be a definite advantage.
- Age below 27 years.
