Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and policy-related tasks.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR team.
Candidate Profile :
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
