๐ We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records using XeroBooks accounting software.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications :
- AAT qualification or part-qualified in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other relevant accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills: Fluent written & oral English skills, is a must.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
