Customer Engagement Associates (Contact Centre) FTC
Requirements :
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level.
- Age between 18-25 years.
- Computer skills and proficiency in data entry operation.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Must be a team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working on weekends and public holidays are compulsory.
- Willingness to work on shift basis to support the.
- 24/7 operation (transport will be provided for shiftsending after 8.00pm within a radius of 21KM from the centre)
- Should be flexible to work on night shifts.
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
- Sinhala & Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Successful applicants will be stationed in Colombo.
