๐ We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results oriented male individual for the post of Customer Care Officer
Role :
- Attract and retain a satisfied customer base by providing superior service over the phone.
- Build a strong customer base & consistent achieving customer satisfaction targets.
- Engage in cold calling in order to build customer base.
- Engaging in routine customer calls in order to ensure satisfactory service levels.
- Managing seafarer registration and vetting of documents.
- Maintaining database by entering and storing relevant data.
- Maintaining Departmental records.
Profile :
- School Leavers are encouraged.
- Proficient in English language.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments.
