- ๐ Executive - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
- Support performance evaluation, employee engagement, and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
Candidate's Requirement :
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity (banking or financial sector experience will be an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all HR matters.
- The applicant should possess permanent residency within Gampaha or suburbs and be available to travel to the Head Office in Colombo as and when required.
