In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to fill the following position immediately.

Position Available: HR Associate - Factory

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the Time Attendance System (HRIS) for MBM.
Prepare and maintain accurate attendance records for MBM factory staff.
Maintain and update absenteeism, turnover, and overtime (OT) reports for both MBM factory and outsourced employees; prepare corresponding daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in salary preparation and related payroll processes.

Qualifications & Attributes :

Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination
Completed Certificate Course in Human Resource Management
A minimum of one year's experience working with an HRIS system will be an added advantage
