Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Visit banks and other institutions for company-related transactions and documentation.
  • Assist in handling import documentation and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as required.
Requirements :
  • GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in import document handling will be an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
