- Claim Officer - Documentation (Lolc General Insurance Head Office - Grandpass)
⁖ The role involves preparing claims files as per the given standards and liaising with the assessor unit, call centre, and operations teams for updates and follow-ups. It also includes coordinating with branches, clearing, checking, and dispatching daily documents, as well as scanning and uploading claim documents into the system.
⁖ Additionally, the responsibilities cover the dispatching of claim cheques and maintaining the claims workflow Excel sheet to ensure smooth processing and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
- Male candidates below 25 years, preferably residing in Colombo.
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving daily tasks.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
