» supports over 4,000 tea smallholders. KTFL began operations in 1994, initially focusing on CTC tea, and later expanded to produce orthodox teas and sell its products in both domestic and international markets.
๐ Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the position of Management Assistant at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd., a leading tea producer.
Qualifications & Experience :
» External Candidates
- GCE (O/L) Examination with Six (06) passes in one sitting, including: Credit passes in,
- Sinhala/Tamil
- Mathematics
- GCE (A/L) Examination with At least 03 passes (excluding General English & General Knowledge).
Age Limit :
- Should be between 18 and 45 years.
- Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.
Salary Scale :
- According to Public Administration Circular No. 1/2025 MA 1–1–2025 : Rs. 46,220 – 10 x 540 – 7 x 630 – 4 x 890 – 20 x 1,190 – Rs. 83,390
- Initial monthly gross salary: Rs.17,800.00
- Government-approved allowances up to Rs. 6,000.00
