๐ Internship - Human Resources
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in identifying training needs and compiling training calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Support in preparing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms.
- Track employee participation and maintain training records.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback collection and reporting.
- Contribute to employee engagement and development programmes.
Candidate Profile :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
