Qualifications :
- pursuing or recently Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
