Perera & Sons (P&S) is a Sri Lankan Quick Service Restaurant chain, established in 1902, and is the largest of its kind in the nation, known for its widespread presence of over 188 outlets across Sri Lanka and its commitment to quality food and service.

» The company originated as a small bakery and has grown into a leading food service provider, offering a variety of bakery items, frozen snacks, and beverages, with a strong focus on consistency, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation and the processing of casual payroll, deduction and incentive payments.
Handling mobile user accounts and bills.
Maintain fingerprint units and micro image system operation (HRIS + Payroll)
Attending to preparation of Annual Bonus, leave balance payments and other employee related payments.
Preparing HR reports and HR Analytics.
EPF/ETF submissions.
Other corresponds of HR department.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Management.
1-2 years of payroll related experience.
Prior experience working with an HRIS system (experience with MiHCM Microimage is an added advantage)
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams and strong communication & analytical skills.
