1. Marketing Officers

» Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and market financial products including Leasing, Personal Loans, and Term Loans.
  • Ensure high-quality credit portfolio with consistent net growth.
  • Maintain a 100% collection ratio throughout the year.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions.

» Education & Experience :

  • Attractive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a sound educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum Qualification: G.C.E O/L with 2 years Experience.
  • Professional qualifications in credit or marketing are preferred.

2. FD|Savings Officers

» Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve monthly performance targets.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Fixed Deposit process.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

» Education & Experience :

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with fluency in Sinhala and English.
  • Minimum Qualification: G.C.E O/L with 2 years Experience. Part qualifications in Banking, Marketing, or Credit Management are an added advantage.

3. Documentation Officer

» Key Responsibilities :

  • Effectively processing and following up approval process, preparing memos, special papers related to loan disbursement.
  • Maintain completeness of the facility files and timely maintaining branch correspondents to comply with procedure.

» Education & Experience :

  • Minimum Qualification: G.C.E O/L with 2 years Experience.
  • Part qualifications in Banking, Marketing, or Credit Management are an added advantage.
  • Should be Proficient at Microsoft Office: Excel & Word.
