๐ Looking for flexible night work with great pay? Join Quest Personnel, a leading Australian recruitment company, as an Afterhours Call Centre Operator.
- 5,000 LKR per 8 hour shift.
- 5 shifts per week (includes weekends)
- Hours: 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm SL time or 5 pm to 1.00 am SL time or 9pm-5 am SL time.
- Work from home - no commuting.

Shifts & Pay
- 5 shifts per week - 5,000 LKR per 8 hour shift.
- Saturday and Sunday shifts included.
- Overnight hours: 12.30 pm-8.30 pm SL time or 5 pm to 1.00 am SL time or 9pm-5 am SL time.

- 7:00 pm - 1:00 am SL time and 1:00 am - 7:00 am SL time Weekdays and Weekends.
- We need flexibility for all these hours, not just some of them. You will work on a rotating schedule.
The Opportunity
- We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and organised Afterhours Consultant to join our Sri Lanka team.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, take ownership of responsibilities, and be part of a supportive international team.
What You'll Do :
- Communicate with casual employees, clients, and internal staff to coordinate workforce requirements.
- Assist with scheduling and resource allocation across multiple industries.
- Maintain accurate databases of employees and clients.
- Research and identify potential clients, send follow-up emails, and support business development activities.
- Ensure smooth service delivery during afterhours operations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude.
- Experience with email or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Australian geography and industries is a plus.
