What We're Looking For
- The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills,
- Minimum of one year's experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; familiarity with data entry systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum of a "B" pass in G.C.E. O/L and A/L English)
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in relevant systems and databases.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and records as required.
- Support the team in data-related administrative tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in improving processes for efficiency and accuracy in data management.
