๐ We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry Operator.
Job Description :
» The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for the daily operations and management of the company's ERP system. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating between departments, ensuring accurate data entry, generating reports, and maintaining system integrity to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter and update of data to the ERP System.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of store records.
- Generate stock reports and assist in Physical stock verifications.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams as necessary.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum G.C.E. (O/L) qualification with credit pass in Mathematics and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Experience in data entry or inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
