We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will manage guest reservations across multiple channels, provide accurate booking information, and ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience.

⭐ Your attention to detail and service-oriented approach will be key in delivering smooth, personalized interactions and maintaining operational excellence within the reservations team. As this is a 24/7 operation, you should be flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide guests with accurate information on availability, rates, and services.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet guest preferences.
Maintain accurate records and booking systems.
Deliver professional and timely responses to guest inquiries.
