๐ Intern - Human Resources (L&D)
You Need To Do :
- Assist in designing training programs under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the coordination of training sessions, including logistics and participant communication.
- Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis.
- Aid in developing training materials and resources, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
- Provide administrative assistance in maintaining training records and databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
We Are Looking For :
- Undergraduate or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across our distribution centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
