Job Profile :

Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and HR systems.
Provide payroll inputs, support training and HR-related events.
Draft contracts and internal HR documents.

Qualifications & Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in HR.
Detail-oriented and a proactive team player.
Strong communication and MS Office skills.
Experience in construction industry HR is an advantage.
Knowledge of HRIS & Proyecto systems is required.
