🔎 We invite applications for Malabe, Matara, Giriulla, Wattala, Rajagiriya, Ja Ela, Kurunegala City, Nikaweratiya & Colombo - Legal Division.

Job Profile :

Manage and achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.
Regular customer visits and conducts investigations to follow up with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records and possess a strong understanding of the assigned branch portfolio and customer base.
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with customers.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.

Candidate Profile :

Ideal Candidate should be between 22-35 years.
GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) qualifications, with credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
Minimum of 2 years overall experience in Recovery Officer and Senior Recovery Officer positions.
A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage.
Fluency in both English and Sinhala is required.
Freshers are encouraged to apply for Recovery Assistant position.
