Sarvodaya, the premier voluntary social development organization in Sri Lanka immediately requires dynamic, self-motivated and service-oriented person to fill the following vacancy.
Responsibilities :
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing incoming calls and redirecting them appropriately.
- Maintain a presentable and organized reception area.
- Making and answering incoming calls from different stakeholders and providing information about the services
- Maintaining call logs and updating information in the database
- Assisting the division in sending faxes
- Keeping record of the incoming and outgoing faxes
- Informing the relevant department regarding the incoming faxes
- Participating in and supporting for national, religious, spiritual, and cultural events organized by Sangamaya
- Performing any other duties assigned from time to time by the Executive Director or as instructed by the
- Board of Directors of the Sarvodaya Sangamaya as needed.
- Adhering to the goals, principles, and values of Sarvodaya movement
- Following the policies, procedures, and regulations of the Sangamaya and observing the philosophy and purpose statement of Sangamaya
Accountability :
- Handling incoming visitors and phone traffic effectively.
- Creating strong customer relationships - Going above and beyond for each guest.
- Maintaining a warm friendly environment.
- Maintain high accuracy and timeliness in all tasks entrusted.
- Maintain high discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Qualifications :
- Advance Level - 3 passes.
- A diploma or certificate course in public relations will be an added advantage.
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- MS Office Application Knowledge.
- Below 35 Years
