Job Profile :

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via phone, providing prompt and viable solutions.

We're Looking For :

A minimum of three passes at GCE (A/L) examination excluding General English.
Passed the GCE (O/L) examination with two Credit Passes for Mathematics and English.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Sinhala and English Languages.
Proficiency in Tamil language would be definite advantage.
Prior experience in Customer Servicing is preferred.
Willingness to work on a shift basis and roster basis (weekends/bank holidays)
