- Assistant ‐ Human Resources ‐ Recruitment
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the recruitment process by supporting job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update the talent database and ensure accuracy of recruitment records.
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth interview arrangements and timely feedback.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including document collection, induction program coordination, and initial orientation.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.
- Support HR projects such as career fairs, talent pools, and employer branding initiatives.
- Generate and share recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) with management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information.
Knowledge And Skills :
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS / recruitment software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail with strong administrative and coordination ability.
