  • Assistant ‐ Human Resources ‐ Recruitment
Key Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by supporting job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update the talent database and ensure accuracy of recruitment records.
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth interview arrangements and timely feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including document collection, induction program coordination, and initial orientation.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.
  • Support HR projects such as career fairs, talent pools, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Generate and share recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) with management.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information.
Knowledge And Skills :
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS / recruitment software will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail with strong administrative and coordination ability.
