Key Responsibilities :
- Support the governance of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems across the Group, ensuring adherence to established processes.
- Assist in enhancing HR systems by identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing user experience.
- Analyze, organize, and visualize large datasets to provide meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
- Conduct data audits and quality assurance activities to maintain integrity across Oracle-integrated systems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to support business stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (preference for HR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong attention to detail in documentation.
- Technologically adept, with familiarity or interest in digital tools and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Excellent written communication and document drafting abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, capable of effective collaboration.
- Basic experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
