🔎 Public Relations Officer Cum Cashier

🧾 Job Profile :

• Handles all inquiries and requests for services, provides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter.
• Responsible for registration of customers, reservation of appointments and other service requests.
• Greet, assist and efficiently direct patients and visitors of the Primary Care Centre ensuring a seamless patient experience and optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain efficient cash handling processes with zero shortages and strict adherence to financial protocols.

🎓 Candidate Profile :

• Should possesses GCE A/L or any other professional qualification in PR/ Marketing.
• Having 1-2 years of experience in similar field.
• Should be conversant with MS Office packages.
• Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to details.
• Having working experience in hospital/ hotel as a Public Relations Officer would be an added advantage.
