🧾 Job Profile :

• Handle inquiries and service requests, provide information to customers via telephone or at the reception counter.
• Responsible for admission processes, customer registration, appointment reservations, and other service requests.
• Greet, assist, and direct patients/visitors to ensure a smooth patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure efficient cash handling, strict adherence to financial protocols, and zero shortages.

🎓 Candidate Profile :

• Should have passed G.C.E. A/L or hold a professional qualification in PR/Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages is essential.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in hospital or hotel sector as a Public Relations Officer is a definite advantage.
