๐ Executive/Junior Executive Customer Care – Front Line
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls and provide a friendly, professional service to customers.
- Handle customer queries and support front office transactions.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and Heads of Departments.
- Make follow-up and survey calls to support service improvement and new product launches.
- Prepare reports and complete tasks assigned by the management.
- Follow up on customer inquiries & payment reminders.
Qualifications :
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
- Excellent and polite communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- More than 1 year experience in a call center in a reputed organization will be added advantage.
