Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort by adhering to company procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seat allocation, and luggage storage.
- Serve meals and address any special passenger requests.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Promote and support the airline's values, culture, and brand image.
Requirements :
- Female Sri Lankan Citizen.
- Age: 18 to 27 years (as of 14th May 2025)
- Marital Status: Single.
- Education: Minimum of 6 passes at G.C.E. O/L in one sitting, including a Credit in English (from any sitting)
- Language: Fluent in English (proficiency in foreign languages is an added advantage)
- Appearance: Smart and professional profile.
Height/weight Requirements
- Minimum height: 157.5 cm OR arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes)
- Must meet Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements
Next Steps for Successful Candidates
- Must achieve a Band 6 score on IELTS.
- Complete SriLankan Airlines’ Cabin Crew Training Programme on a Pay-As-You-Earn basis.
