Job Profile :

• Handle all inquiries and service requests, and provide information to customers via phone or at the reception counter.
• Manage admission processes, register customers, and handle appointment reservations and service requests.
• Greet, assist, and guide patients and visitors to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Ensure efficient cash handling with zero shortages and full compliance with financial protocols.

Candidate Profile :

• GCE A/L or any other professional qualification in Public Relations or Marketing.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience in hospitality or healthcare settings as a Public Relations Officer will be an added advantage.
