๐ We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as Management Associate attached to the Faculty of Engineering.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Scheduling faculty academic and non-academic activities such as Exams under the supervision of Dean/Associate Dean.
- Arranging to collect student feedback, preparing feedback collection duty rosters, entering data to generate feedback summaries, and sharing analyzed feedback with Department Heads.
- Acting as petty cashier.
- Assisting in organizing and facilitating accreditation visits.
Minimum Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience in the education sector will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in English.
- Hands on experience in MS Office package.
- Strong attention to detail.
