You Will :

Assist in daily HRBP (HR Business Partner) activities related to the sales function.
Coordinate Sales Force Development (SFD) training sessions, work with training suppliers, manage participant nominations & schedules, collect feedback, and analyze training effectiveness.
Support talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, scheduling & coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers.
Organize and support sales force engagement initiatives and activities.
Collect, analyze, and report HR data such as hiring metrics, attrition trends, and employee engagement results.

Are You :

A fresh graduate or undergraduate pursuing a degree in HR or Business Management.
Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
A strong communicator and a team player.
Skilled in time management and interpersonal communication.
Willing to travel outstation for training and HR field visits.
