We're on a lookout for young and dynamic candidates to fill the above vacancies at our Contact Centre, located at Wellawatte. Customer Service Associates | Senior Customer Service Associates

The Job Role :

Assisting customers with attention to detail and assured quality.
Be a dynamic youngster with a can-do attitude.
Ability to cross sell Union Bank products & services to customers.
Maintain high standard of telephone etiquettes & customer experience.

The Person :

Completion of G.C.E Advanced Level examination.
Willingness to work on roster basis.
Prior work experience in a contact centre would be an advantage.
Fully or partially qualified.
Fluency in English is a must. Tri-lingual will be an added advantage.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts (Male candidates)
