The Job :
  • Greeting clients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
  • Assisting with account openings and providing operational support through our advanced systems.
  • Managing phone calls with professionalism, screening, directing, and answering general inquiries.
  • Actively engaging in company promotional activities and fostering strong relationships with clients and associates.
  • Overseeing all front desk operations, including necessary record-keeping.
The Person :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
