The Job :
- Greeting clients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
- Assisting with account openings and providing operational support through our advanced systems.
- Managing phone calls with professionalism, screening, directing, and answering general inquiries.
- Actively engaging in company promotional activities and fostering strong relationships with clients and associates.
- Overseeing all front desk operations, including necessary record-keeping.
The Person :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
