📌 we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team

The Job :

Greeting clients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
Assisting with account openings and providing operational support through our advanced systems.
Managing phone calls with professionalism, screening, directing, and answering general inquiries.
Actively engaging in company promotional activities and fostering strong relationships with clients and associates.
Overseeing all front desk operations, including necessary record-keeping.

The Person :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
