We are seeing a dynamic, performance-oriented individual to join the team.
Candidate Profile :
- Successfully completed GCE O/L and GCE A GCE A/L examinations.
- Individuals currently pursuing the early stages of CA, CMA, AAT or a Degree in Finance and Accounting Field.
- Demonstrates ability to handle transactions with accuracy and responsibility.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Possess a helpful and courteous approach to resolving issues effectively.
Job Profile :
- Generating sales invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconciling customer statements to ensure accuracy.
- Managing petty cash, including maintaining accurate records and performing daily cash reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyzing ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assisting with tasks related to local and international payments.
- Supporting the accountant in the preparation of month-end accounts.
