Job Role :

• Assist in managing calls, emails, and chat communications with UK and international customers.
• Support senior account managers in handling client queries and concerns promptly.
• Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to share course and service information.
• Maintain accurate client records and trackers.
• Learn techniques to develop positive client relationships.

Job Status :

• Work-from-home opportunity
• Work parallel to UK office hours
• UK regular working hours: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Sri Lanka Time)
• Daylight saving time: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM (Sri Lanka Time)
• Weekends and UK bank holidays are off.
