Requirements :

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent customer care abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and provide solutions promptly.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
