Job Role :
- Handle administrative requests from teams efficiently.
- Take responsibility for security, cleaning, maintenance and office administration to ensure a clean and secure workplace.
- Oversee office facilities such as parking, lockers, kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas to meet team needs.
- Track and manage office supplies, team member lunch arrangements and transport services. pplies, team men age office supplies, te
- Assist with event and training arrangements.
- Coordinate office maintenance, including plants, equipment, and pest control services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support cost-reduction strategies.
- Assist with finance & petty cash matters, document transfers and IT issues.
- Review and improve third-party service agreements related to administration.
- Collaborate with other internal & external stakeholders to fulfill any other tasks as requested by the Management or HR.
Candidate Requirements :
- Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration.
- Successfully completed GCE Ols & Als.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Sinhala. (Tamil is a plus)
- Good IT literacy skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role/function is preferred.
- Ability to travel for work and work extra hours/weekends when required.
