Job Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk, directing them appropriately.
  • Provide accurate and essential information in person, over the phone and via mail.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and
  • presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and materials.

Person Specifications : 

  • Successfully completed the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination.
  • Must be under 30 years of age.
  • Possess a pleasant, enthusiastic personality with a strong dedication to the job.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Capable of working effectively.
