Key Responsibilities :
- Provide course information to students..
- Respond to the incoming calls from students & record their questions, inquires.
- Provide solutions to student's problems & issues.
- Work with a computer system & prepare updated documents.
- Work with social media accounts & engaging with users regularly (Facebook, WhatsApp).
Requirements :
- Three "S" passes from Advanced Level examination.
- Having 01 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Fresh school leavers also welcome.
- Sound knowledge of computer literacy, Need basic knowledge of MS Office Packages.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Having a good command of English is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on weekends.
