The candidate will be involved in carrying out duties in assigned operational areas such as Airport Service Delivery, Airport Service Support and Cargo Operational area.

REQUIREMENTS :

Sri Lankan citizens.
Between 18 to 26 years of age as at 30th August 2023.
Having 6 passes at G.C.E O/L (Ordinary Level) examination with 4 Credits in one sitting, and a credit for English (obtained at any sitting)
Fluent in English.
Able to operate in a fully computerized environment.

Airport Service Agents should meet Body Mass Index (BMI) and be smart in appearance/profile :

Applicants who are successful at the interview will be required to complete the Foundation Course in Airport Passenger Handling, Ramp Coordination or Cargo introductory Course (IATA) conducted by the SriLankan Aviation College of SriLankan Airlines, on a pay-as-you-earn basis.

Those with outgoing personalities, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment will be given preference.

Influencing will be a reflection of unsuitability.
Employment will be offered on fixed term contract.
