Qualifications :
- G.C.E Ordinary Level (with “Credit” passes for English and Mathematics).
- Computer Literacy.
- Minimum 02 Years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Hands on experience in Avaya Call Centre System will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala & English languages.
- Ability to speak Tamil language will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on shift basis (with two off days per week).
*Priority will be given to applicants close to Colombo.
