*Call Centre Operator

Responsibilities :

Communicate with customers properly to understand their requirements.
Ensure customer requests and complaints are attended and handled accordingly.
Transfer all calls to the relevant units and provide correct information.
Update the Front office regarding the consultants, doctors with their special and strict procedures.

Minimum Qualifications :

Fluent in English & Sinhala, knowing Tamil is an added advantage.
Excellent communicational skills with a pleasing personality.
Previous experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge in computer literacy & telephone etiquette.
