Job Profile :
- Managing inbound calls in timely manner by ensuring all voice mails are answered immediately. Maintaining recovery customer inquiry data base for all inbound and outbound calls by entering information.
- Clarifying customer's issues and escalating unresolved issues to relevant parties.
- Maintaining recovery follow up database and attending to recovery follow up calls.
Candidate Profile :
- Age below 25 years.
- Minimum one year experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication in Sinhala / English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and PR skills.
- Computer literate.
