TRAINEE BANK ASSOCIATE

• Qualifications

1. G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, minimum of one Credit pass and two Simple passes.
2. GC.E Ordinary Level Examination minimum of three Credit passes & an "A" pass either for Mathematics or English (with not less than a "C" pass for the other subject)
3. Full/ partly completed Professional/ Academic qualification offered by a recognized institute will be an advantage

• Competencies 

1. A basic knowledge in IT is essential
2. A flair for good interpersonal relations and customer service is vital
3. A good command of English, both written and spoken is necessary 

• Training 

1. The period of training will be two years, during which an allowance will be paid 
2. On completion of the training period. successful candidates may be considered for appointment as Bank Associates, subject to availability of positions and will receive an attractive remuneration package
3. This is a traineeship programme and does not under any circumstance guarantee permanent employment in the Bank

• Age

1. Between 18 and 25 years

• Work Experience

1. Candidates who possess previous work experience/ internships from banks will have a distinct advantage
